At 24 Seven the success of our internal team is our top priority. We have a robust training and onboarding program designed to make the transition to life at 24 Seven a seamless one. Our training doesn't end after an employee's first week, but instead is ongoing and inclusive of online courses, role play calls, modules and check-ins to track progress.
